Questions from pharmacists
Are these products compliant for a European pharmacy?
Yes. They are cosmetic products under European regulation 1223/2009, notified on the CPNP portal and labelled accordingly. They are neither medicines nor medical devices.
What is the minimum order?
650 EUR excl. VAT. Deliberately low: better to reorder often than to tie up stock that does not move.
Is training included?
No, it is bought separately. The Launch Pack costs 990 EUR excl. VAT and gives twelve months of access to the whole team, then 290 EUR per year. Product advice is included with every order.
What happens if a reference is out of stock?
Every reference in a pack has predefined equivalents, same function and same price range. The pack ships complete.
Do you visit pharmacies in person?
No. Everything is remote: video calls, shelf plans, POS material shipped with the order. That is what lets us support partners in thirteen countries without charging for travel.
