Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied?
Our terms are business-to-business: returns for convenience are not accepted.
Any product that is non-compliant, damaged, missing or delivered in error should be reported within 8 working days: replacement, credit note or refund, with return shipping at our expense.
What are the delivery times?
Allow a delivery time of 7 to 10 days until your order arrives. Every shipment is sent with tracked shipping and you receive a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves us.
